Our story
A contractor grown in the field, from Yalova across Marmara
Operating as Yalova Altınova İnşaat Gayrımenkul Yatırım San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., we are a site-bred firm shaped by the shipyard and organised-industrial hinterland. Our head office is in Hürriyet Mahallesi, Altınova / Yalova. From there we manage sites in Kocaeli, Gebze, Istanbul, Sakarya and Bursa.
We do not exist merely to produce square metres. Structural systems above seismic code, written contracts, permitted handover and transparent cost control are the backbone of our work. With more than 20 years on site and over 30,587 m² of completed construction, we apply the same engineering discipline to industrial investors and homeowners.
From survey to occupancy paperwork we remain a single point of contact on factories, warehouses, bonded stores, steel structures, villas and detached homes. Production hangars, slipways and crane-runway works in the Altınova Shipyard Zone, together with plants along the Yalova and Avrasya OSB corridor, sit at the centre of our expertise.

Written commitment
Scope, handover date and payment plan are written into the contract. We do not start on a verbal “we’ll sort it”.

Structural design, ground conditions and seismic code are prerequisites, not decoration. Solutions are produced on site, by calculation.

After the survey we issue a line-by-line quote. Hidden extras and surprise valuations are not our method.
